We've put together an introductory video to get you started. These movements will be fairly easy and you should be able to progress to more advanced exercises with a small amount of practice. Work on these exercises until you have them mastered, then move up to the next level. You've mastered the basics! Welcome to the next level. The following movements require a higher level of coordination and dexterity. Keep practicing.
