Free shipping with any order exceeding $250 (Not including tax and/or freight/oversize items).

Orders $100-$249.99 will be assessed at a flat $10.95 shipping rate.

Orders $99.99 or less will be assessed a flat $12.95 shipping rate.

Oversize charges, expedited shipping, LTL truck shipments/freight shipments, and residential delivery fees are assessed by the carrier and billed by Hand Health Unlimited under the terms of your account.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories do not qualify for free ground shipping. Hand Health Unlimited guarantees the lowest possible shipping rate, which may be charged separately. Please be advised that additional charges may be assessed by the carrier when shipping oversized items*, freight items, or when shipping to a rural or residential address. A Hand Health Unlimited team member will contact customers about shipping surcharges and reserves the right to assess additional charges.

An "address correction fee" assessed by FedEx/UPS is an example of a surcharge and is primarily due to an incomplete or inaccurate address being provided upon checkout. Our current surcharge rate is $14 for Standard Ground Shipping and $25 for Express Shipping. Delivery confirmation numbers and tracking numbers will be provided via e-mail for most orders.
